Some data

Mr. Si Gung Gebol (Gebol Gomez; Benjamin, original name) was born in the fifth day of the spring in 1966, year of the Horse. He is natural from Chachapoyas, Amazon, Peru. He obtained an outstanding education and became a respectable exponent of the Shaolin Chinese martial arts .
The family of Mr. Gebol has one long history in the inca's tradition. Among his ancestors are famous physicists, mathematicians and theologians , who have transmitted their culture to their descendants. At the present time, there is a close bond between his family and the Mahayana, great way of the Buddhism.

Father, mother and grandmother

His education began from his childhood close to his parents; then, his grandmother the Great Zhaxi, Teacher Amelia Más M, initiated him in the cultural arts, Metaphysical studies. He made retirements on virtue of the Compassion and it woke up his interest in the Tao Way. At an early age, he entered at School Shagou Zheng, where he learned art, philosophy, kung fu and Chinese traditions. He obtained good marks and graduated obtaining the title of Sifu; later, after ten years of outstanding professional work, he was distinguished as Si Gung, respectable rank in the Shaolin tradition.

Furthermore, Benjamin Gebol Gomez, completed the requirements considered by articles 409 and 410 of the Rules of the Peruvian Federation of Wushu Kung Fu (PFKFW). After 34 years of practice and experience in Kung Fu, he received the 6th Tuan of Black belt ; an official rank, registered in the National Registry of Black Belts of the Peruvian Federation of Wushu Kung Fu which is recognized by the president of the Peruvian sports institute, official organization in Peru.

Some National achievements

In 1990, in the National Championship of Wushu, official event of the Peruvian Federation of Kung fu, Sigung Gebol won the gold medal in all the modalities of Nan Quan, Chang Quan and Tai Chi Chuan. Since the Nineties, he as a qualified sports-man has given diverse seminars within the local scope. Also he had represented Peru in several international events of wushu obtaining distinctions for his country.

Relationship with the buddhism

In the following years he visited different monasteries, religious centers in the Asian east, deepening his humanitarian knowledge with the purpose of perfecting his exercise of Love and Compassion.Later, he received lessons of Dharma by the Abbot of Lamayuro Monastery, the Venerable Lama Rimpoche Kunga, that belongs to Drikung Kagyu Ling, one of the old monastics orders in Tibet. Also he was in contact with the Venerable Khenpo Phuntzog Tenzin who later became his Lama root.

Since 1996 Mr. Si Gung Gebol is Director of the School Chang Quan Shaolin Tzu, in Buenos Aires Argentina. The School Chang Quan Shaolin Tzu is Accredited with official certification granted by the Peruvian Government and by the Ministry of Education in Argentina.

Sports-man of international reputation

Due to his sports achievements , he was given official recognition as well as numerous distinctions by the Peruvian Government through the Peruvian Federation of Wushu Kung Fu. Thanks to it and to his effort, he was designated to represent his country in official events and other official contests which were organized by the International Wushu Association, ruling authority in wushu.

In these last fifteen years, he has obtained important advances in the spreading of the benefits of the Kung. He has spoken at conferences and taught courses aiming at promoting the non-violence and the diffusion of the Shaolin philosophy. He has been invited to participate in an endless number of exhibitions of Wushu all over the world.

From his position in the ITA, he has increased his commitment with the Chinese sport and continues working for the well-being of children, fathers and mothers. he claims that it is essential to construct a fair society where the right of the families is respected; he praises the work of the UNICEF among other organizations of Human rights.

Algunos datos

El Sr. Si Gung (Benjamín Gebol Gómez, nombre original) nace en el quinto día de la primavera de 1966, año del Caballo. Es natural de Chachapoyas, Amazonas, Perú. Obtuvo una educación brillante quien más tarde se convertiría en un exponente respetable de las artes marciales chinas Shaolin.

La familia del Sr. Benjamín Gebol Gómez tiene una larga historia en la tradición incaica. Entre sus ancestros seencuentran renombrados físicos, matemáticos y teólogos, quienes han transmitido su cultura a sus descendientes. En la actualidad su familia conserva los vínculos con el Mahayana, gran camino del budismo.

Padre, madre y abuela

Su educación se inicia desde su infancia al lado de sus padres; luego, su abuela la Gran Maestra Zhaxi Amelia Más M, le inicia en las artes culturales, estudios metafísicos. Realiza retiros en virtud de la Compasión y despierta su interés por el Tao del Camino. A temprana edad entra en la Escuela Shagou Zheng, donde aprende arte, filosofía, kung fu y tradiciones Chinas. Obtiene buenas calificaciones, se gradúa con el título de Sifu; posteriormente, después de diez años de destacada labor profesional, es distinguido con el grado de Si Gung, respetable rango en la tradición Shaolin.

Benjamín Gebol Gómez ha completado los requisitos dictaminados por los artículos 409 y 410 de las Reglas de la Federación Peruana de Wushu Kung Fu (PFKFW). Tras 34 años de práctica y experiencia en el Kung Fu, obtuvo el grado oficial 6to Tuan de cinturón Negro, registrado en el Registro Nacional de Cinturones Negros de la Federación Peruana de Wushu Kung Fu y autentificado por el presidente del Instituto Peruano de Deporte, organización oficial del Perú.

Algunos logros Nacionales

En 1990, en el Campeonato Nacional de Wushu, evento oficial de la Federación Peruana de Kung fu, Si Gung Gebol ganó la medalla de oro en todas las modalidades en Nan Quan, Chang Quan y Tai Chi Chuan. En la década del noventa, como deportista calificado ha disertado en diversos seminarios dentro del ámbito local. Así mismo, ha representado al Perú en varios eventos internacionales de wushu logrando distinciones para su país.

Relación con el budismo

En los siguientes años visitó diferentes centros monásticos en el oriente asiático, profundizando su conocimiento humanitario con el fin de perfeccionar su ejercicio del Amor y la Compasión.
Luego recibe enseñanzas del Dharma por el Abad del Monasterio Lamayuro Venerable Lama Rimpoche Kunga, quien pertenece a la orden Drikung Kagyu Ling, una de las antiguas órdenes monásticas del Tíbet. También estuvo en contacto con el Venerable Khenpo Phuntzog Tenzin, quien más tarde se convirtió en su Lama raíz.

Desde 1996 el Sr. Si Gung Gebol es Director del School Chang Quan Shaolin Tzu, en Buenos Aires Argentina. Cuenta con certificación oficial otorgada por el Gobierno Peruano y legalizada por el Ministerio de Educación de la Argentina.

Deportista de renombre internacional

Por sus logros en el deporte, ha recibido el reconocimiento oficial así como numerosas distinciones del Gobierno Peruano a través de la Federación Peruana de Wushu Kung Fu. Gracias a ello y a su esfuerzo ha sido designado para representar a su país en eventos oficiales y en otros certámenes protocolares, que organiza International Wushu Association, autoridad rectora del wushu.

En estos últimos quince años, ha logrado avances importantes en la difusión de los beneficios del Kung fu Shaolin. Ha dictado cursos y conferencias con el fin de promover la no-violencia y la difusión de la filosofía Shaolin. Ha sido invitado a participar en un sinnúmero de exhibiciones de Wushu alrededor del mundo.

Desde su cargo en la ITA, ha incrementado su compromiso con el deporte chino y continúa trabajando para el bienestar de niños, padres y madres. Reivindica lo esencial que es construir una sociedad justa donde se respete los derechos humanos, y elogia el trabajo de la UNICEF entre otras organizaciones de derecho internacional humanitario.
